The Onventis Cloud Procurement Network was represented for the first time at the European Procurement Excellence Summit (EPE) of the Federal Association for Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME) at the Taschenbergpalais in Dresden on 26 June.
Onventis CEO Frank Schmidt, Matthias Zwick, Director Product & Innovation and Dominik Sparer, Senior Account Manager, connected with the top buyers from global corporations and large medium-sized companies at booth 9. The wide range of program items included keynotes, CPO panel discussions and roundtables from risk management to AI to big data.
Das EPE-Format bietet mit rund 200 Besuchern einen hochklassigen Rahmen zur Vernetzung mit dem Inner Circle des Einkaufs.
zieht Onventis CEO Frank Schmidt sein Fazit.
The pre-summer event was opened by Onventis partner Amazon Business. The platform for CFOs and CPOs of the top European companies took place this year with over 200 internationally invited guests under the theme “Shared intelligence: Transforming procurement for tomorrow’s business.” The impact of digitalization on purchasing and supply chain management and, above all, the associated uncertainties in the company were also the top topic in Dresden.
