Put yourself in pole position as a Onventis Premium supplier with a Onventis flat rate (see price list). Onventis Buyer customers prefer Onventis Premium suppliers who have already set a flat rate, meaning they do not require any additional customer-specific usage fees. A list of all Onventis Premium suppliers is also available to the 300 or more Onventis purchasing managers.
In the development of Onventis, we are continually providing suppliers with additional benefits that enable efficient integration of customer-specific product ranges into the procurement processes for Onventis Buyer customers:
Interface for integrating OCI5 catalogs (Background Search):
Integrate your product range into the index-based catalog search to make your products easier to find.
Support from OCI Validate and OCI Detail:
These functions enable all of the item information to be retrieved from your catalog while an order is being placed. They ensure that your customers are always ordering on the basis of the most up-to-date information, even when the item has already been placed in the shopping cart.
Web services for price and stock inquiries:
Integrate your ERP data directly into your customers’ procurement systems.
In addition to OCI, Onventis also supports the cXML protocol when integrating PunchOut catalogs.
Provide the package number so your customers can track a delivery.
Extension to the openTrans standard for electronic data interchange between you and your customers.
Your catalog can be connected to all of your customers’ subgroups.
Nothing: If your annual turnover per customer is below EUR 35,000.If your annual turnover per customer is above EUR 35,000, we will charge a monthly usage fee. This is to cover the cost of hosting your catalogs including FTP account, provision of long-term PunchOut data transfer to your B2B shop, and EDI connections. Please also see our flat-rate offers and other services in Content & Integration Services. And you do not need to worry about hidden fees. Our pricing system is transparent for all market participants. We do not charge any transaction fees and we do not take a commission.
If you are a supplier to a number of Onventis customers, then instead of the usage fees, we also offer unlimited flat rates on a customer-specific basis for catalog hosting, OCI PunchOut integration and EDI. A flat rate is generally beneficial if you have six or more Onventis customers. Put yourself in pole position now as a Onventis Premium Supplier with a flat rate (see price list).
