The Onventis Supplier Network provides you with a central supplier account that you can use to connect with any Onventis buyer through your supplier profile. Nothing: If your annual turnover per customer is below EUR 35,000.If your annual turnover per customer is above EUR 35,000, we will charge a monthly usage fee. This is to cover the cost of hosting your catalogs including FTP account, provision of long-term PunchOut data transfer to your B2B shop, and EDI connections. Our pricing system is transparent for all market participants. We do not charge any transaction fees and we do not take a commission.
If you are a supplier to a number of Onventis customers, then instead of the usage fees, we also offer unlimited flat rates on a customer-specific basis for catalog hosting, OCI PunchOut integration and EDI. When it comes to costs, a distinction must be made between one-off service fees and monthly usage fees.If you wish to use our Content & Integration Services, one-off service fees will apply according to the price list.No additional usage fees apply if your annual turnover per Onventis customer is less than EUR 35,000. After 12 months, we will verify the actual turnover. If we find that the actual turnover was more than EUR 35,000, the monthly usage fees will be charged retroactively.
Onventis gives you the option to import Excel or CSV catalogs up to a maximum file size of 10 MB. You can do this yourself free of charge via the Onventis web interface. You will need access details for your Onventis supplier account, which only your customer can provide. You will find exact instructions in the Help section of Onventis (right-hand menu bar > question mark).
